Since its inception in 2010, the AROPC (Association of Radiation Oncology Program Coordinators) has been committed to creating a network of professionals and providing learning resources to advance the field of program coordination in Radiation Oncology.
Our board is pleased to welcome existing and new members to the AROPC Member's Platform. We have listened to the needs of program coordinators and have designed a digital hub that prioritizes satisfying challenges that exist within our field.
Member's will have the ability to login to their personalized platform and utilize the various tools within the Member's Area. These include:
Interview Calendar: A calendar that is populated by our members. This will allow for coordinators to collaboratively schedule their residency interviews with contemporary institutions. We aim to help mitigate double-scheduling and create more ease for both residents and program coordinators.
Member's Professional Directory: By paying membership dues, AROPC member's gain access to a list of contact information for program coordinators across America.
Education Archives: Browse through recorded lunch-and-learns, previous presentations at annual meetings and access the presentation slides.
1:1 Mentorship: We recognize the value of connection. It is for this reason that the AROPC will continue to coordinate and connect mentors and mentees together upon request.
Job Board: Post job listings and review relevant postings for your own job search. Member's only access.
Coordinator Toolbox: A user-populated file share experience. Access documents that peers have contributed and submit your own assets that can help support others in their responsibilities.
